This course is the practice course to become a Commercial Real Estate Agent (REALTOR) in Pakistan. This course consists of 9 units of study. Each unit provides interactive lectures, and activities to enhance comprehension. The Commercial Real Estate course is part of the Real Estate Associates Program of Rise Real Estate Academy and is intended for individuals wishing to be Certified Realtors in commercial real estate. This course is built on those concepts introduced in the Fundamentals of Real Estate course. RRA has made every effort to ensure that the Commercial Real Estate course is specifically focused on developing the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities that a new real estate professional needs for commercial practice.
